What We Do

Your Utilities Department is responsible for the following, among many other things:

  • The production and treatment of your drinking water
  • Treating wastewater to produce reclaimed water for irrigation
  • Repairing and maintaining water lines, and sewer force and gravity mains
  • Repairing and maintaining electrical lift stations which convey wastewater from the force and gravity mains to the Wastewater Treatment Facility
  • Completing reports and studies on the city's infrastructure to prepare for future utility needs in conjunction with growth in the city
  • Developing projects to improve services provided to Ocoee customers
  • Promoting water conservation through educating students, residents, and the development community about the use of well-planned irrigation, Florida friendly landscaping, and the installation of Energy Star(R) appliances and WaterSense™ plumbing fixtures

To establish or change utility service, or to make a payment in person, please visit the Utility Billing and Customer Service counter at City Hall, 1 N. Bluford Ave.. You may also contact Customer Service at 407-905-3191.
