Objectives
The Human Relations Diversity Board's objective is to promote understanding, respect, goodwill, and equality among all citizens and businesses of the City of Ocoee.
From the Human Relations Diversity Board (HRDB):
The HRDB has new appointees and a passion for serving our great city. We want to hear from YOU! Our purpose is to represent residents of all backgrounds and cultures as we make recommendations to our city leaders varying from cultural celebrations, diversity & inclusion initiatives, historical acknowledgements, etc. What holiday or cultural celebration would you like to see the city of Ocoee recognize? We encourage all to take part in our in-person monthly meetings — meeting at City Hall the 1st Thursday of every month (pending quorum).

Members
The Board consists of no less than five (5) and no more than seven (7) voting members who serve for a three-year term. Only those persons who reside in Ocoee shall be eligible for membership. The Board also includes two non-voting members, who are typically a City staff member and an elected official.
