Departments
The elected officials hire a City Manager who is responsible for the daily operations of the city. The City Manager delegates management of specific functions of the city to department directors.

Building Division
The Building Division is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the various local building codes, ordinances, and state and federal laws and rules associated with construction. Additionally, the division has the responsibility for the collection of local business taxes.
